Place the gear housing inside the railing and tighten with the included T30 Torx driver using a screwdriver or cordless drill. NOTE: Impact drivers should not be used when tightening the gear housing.

The Zipbolt UT 11.610 Maxi Mitre is the ideal solution for mitered handrail joints, furniture construction, and various staircase designs. Engineered for flexibility, it accommodates any angle between 90° and 180°. Its unique design allows the shaft to pass through the back of the housing, providing travel and enabling the joint to be recut if needed.

Each connector features two die-cast housings with an open-channel design, making installation simple—just slide the housing over the shaft for quick thread engagement and precise positioning. The Maxi Mitre also allows for easy user adjustment to achieve a perfect joint every time. This multipack includes a T30 Torx driver with a quick-release shank.
